For more than 30 years, the restaurant L'Almandin has built a solid reputation as a gastronomic table in Languedoc-Roussillon, thanks to the hard work of its team and its chefs, always devoted to the cause of quality cuisine, anxious to combine creativity, rigour and the defence of local products.
I BOOKThis lover of products in general and of fish in particular began his career in the kitchens of the L’Almandin restaurant as an apprentice. Years later, he returned, having gained experience from great Names, on the Atlantic coast in particular, always with this passion and this ambition to create a "real" cuisine, expression of the reality of a region, favouring local producers, short circuits, freshness and quality. A terroir magnified in the dish, with precision cuisine and a taste for reductions, juices and extractions ... A concentration of flavours, a geographical gastronomy.
While the chef has developed a real passion for fish, his menu is designed to satisfy all appetites and adapt to the time you have available.

For a quick lunch, a quick business meeting, a gourmet coffee with friends or a cocktail aperitif, L’Aquarama offers a light and colourful Mediterranean menu. View of the swimming pool and the garden during the day, cosy atmosphere, jazzy / lounge in the evening.
Approximately every two months, in Saint-Cyprien, the restaurant L’Almandin organizes, for a weekend, a Honour Table. This gastronomic event gives Chef Frédéric Bacquié the opportunity to express all his creativity through thematic menus, created for the occasion, around a product (mushroom, champagne, lobster, etc.) or a season. These moments allow you to rediscover these culinary classics through the Chef's vision.
